Transcosmos Indonesia CX Setos | Supporting Facilities

By managing everything from the interior civil works to the final carpentry, we ensured a seamless transition from a bare-shell site to a fully functioning corporate hub. Beyond the main operational rooms, we also designed and built all supporting employee facilities, such as the outdoor break area, the corridor lined with lockers, musholas, as well as the custom-made bunk beds to support the team’s wellness during 24/7 operations. As part of our turnkey solution for the Transcosmos Indonesia Setos Customer Experience Center, we designed and built the “Relax and Play” lounge.

Featuring a billiard and pingpong tables, a modern pantry, and integrated break zones, this space was created to balance the high energy of the contact center floor and give the team a space to recharge. We don’t just build offices, we build environments where teams can thrive.

The core of this project involved the delivery of dedicated operations rooms. With a total of 600+ seats, the primary focus was on managing high-density efficiency across the floor.

Fitting out a contact center of this scale requires precise layout planning and coordination. We ensured a consistent, professional finish across all four work zones to provide a functional and organized environment for the entire team.

A closer look at the meeting and training spaces built for Transcosmos Indonesia.

The goal was to provide functional acoustics and a clean, consistent finish across every room.

For the main conference room, we integrated smartfilm glass for privacy and focused on the wall details to maintain the professional tone seen in the lobby. Even the standard meeting room and training rooms were built with the same precision, ensuring the entire floor supports the team’s daily workflow.

Last year, we had the opportunity to design and build the office of Furuno Electric Indonesia in Jakarta. We crafted this clean, open workspace using light-toned furniture, combined with blue flooring accents! Beyond the main work area, we designed the conference room as a space for focused collaboration.
