Busy school days usually mean busy evenings too 😅

Between work, homework and sport in two different locations, sometimes dinner just needs to be quick and easy.

The Easy Meals range is really handy for evenings like this, with family-size meals and lots of individual options too. Tonight we’re having the chicken and tomato pasta bake with garlic bread and salad on the side, and I also spotted individual meals at 2 for €11.

Easy, convenient and one less thing to think about on a busy family evening 🙌

I brought my little helpers along to check out the range and stock up on some of my favourite pantry staples. From cacao and h**p seeds to turmeric, matcha and more, I love having simple ingredients like these on hand to add variety to smoothies, breakfasts, baking and everyday family meals.

A chocolate smoothie that the whole family can enjoy 🤎🥤
No fancy ingredients. No added sugar. Just simple foods blended together.

🍌 Banana
🌴 Dates
🥜 Peanut butter
🥣 Yoghurt
🥛 Milk
🍫 Cocoa

Dates are naturally sweet, so they’re a great way to introduce new flavours and textures while keeping things simple.
A great one for:

✅ breakfast on busy mornings
✅ after-school snacks
✅ getting kids involved in the kitchen

WOULD YOUR CHILD TRY PURPLE PASTA? 💜🦄

Sometimes changing the colour, changing the name and taking away the pressure is enough to spark a little curiosity 👀

We’re calling this Unicorn Pasta 💜

You’ll need:
½ red cabbage
4 cloves garlic
1 tin butter beans
1 tbsp cottage cheese
Squeeze of lemon
Salt
Pasta

Simmer the cabbage and garlic for around 15 mins, then blitz with the butter beans, cottage cheese, lemon and salt until smooth. Stir through your pasta and serve 💜
