What a great little find . A perfect clay pipe no cracks or holes . This is my second one ever to find on the beach . After a little research it’s likely from the historical period (17th to 19th centuries). These pipes were commonly made from kaolin clay and often discarded when broken or worn out, which is why fragments like these are frequently uncovered on beaches, especially near historic ports or trade routes.
A great little piece of history 🙌🏻
