A little piece of him, made into a hug. ❤️

After creating the two Memory Bears for his sons, there were still some precious pieces of their Dad’s clothes left over.

Rather than letting those memories disappear, they were transformed into a special memory pillow for his wife. 🧡

Made from the leftover pieces of the same jumper, shirt and rugby shirts, this pillow carries the memories of a much-loved husband, dad and passionate rugby fan. 🏉🇿🇦❤️

Something soft to hold, something familiar to see, and a beautiful reminder that the people we love never really leave us.

Their clothes can become memories we can hold onto. Forever. 🧸✨

Two bears, one very special Dad. 🧸🧸❤️
These two Memory Bears were lovingly made for two brothers, using the clothes that belonged to their dad, who sadly passed away.
A huge rugby fan, his love for the game lives on through the South Africa 🇿🇦 and Munster ❤️🏉 T-shirts that were transformed into the bears’ main pieces, together with a jumper and a shirt that were also part of his wardrobe.
Every stitch carries a memory. Every piece of fabric holds a story. And now, these two brothers have something tangible to hold onto — a little piece of their Dad that they can keep forever. ❤️
Because when someone we love is gone, their clothes can become so much more than clothes… they can become a hug that lasts forever. 🧸✨

Delivering this cookie has been a journey!
Alice and her better half visited the back in November and she fell in love with this teddy.
Manuel wanted to gift it to her for Santa Lucia, but we couldn’t find the perfect timing to meet up without being caught! But we made it at the end, just in time to celebrate!

➡️ More about Santa Lucia:
In Italy, is celebrated on December 13, especially in Sicily (Saint Lucy’s homeland) and in cities like Siracusa, Verona, Bergamo, and Brescia.

The day honors Saint Lucy (Santa Lucia) as a Christian martyr and protector of sight and the poor. In Sicily, many people avoid eating bread or pasta and instead prepare rice dishes (such as cuccìa) in remembrance of a famine-ending grain shipment linked to the saint.
Religious processions, Masses, and festivals are common.

In northern Italy, particularly Verona and Bergamo, Santa Lucia also brings gifts to children, similar to Santa Claus. Overall, Italian celebrations combine religious devotion, local traditions, and community festivities.
