Hello everyone :)

How would it be to live as part of a supportive community that deeply cares about nature?

After 3 years I'm excited to be offering another nature-centred village experience, based on the 8 Shields model of indigenous cultural practices.

This will be a powerful weekend where we will be collectively exploring what emerges when we centre nature connection in our human culture.

AN INTRODUCTION TO RITES OF PASSAGE & RECLAIMING YOUR MENARCHE

Are you looking to access a greater self love?
Do you long for a deeper connection with your body?
Do you what to support the young women in your life?

We all have an inner maiden, she lives within us through memories & behavioural patterns. Our menarche time, when we first started our menstrual cycles, is a crucial moment when we look to the world for support, care & validation as we begin our journey as a woman. When we are supported and held with love, it creates a foundation for self love for the whole of a woman’s life, and a deep anchor into her own wisdom. Unfortunately most women did not receive the support they longed for at this time, which can set us up for a lifetime of disconnection from our bodies & our inner wisdom.
It is never too late to do a Rites of Passage for a life stage transition we went through in the past, any unmet parts of ourselves still live within us and we can go to meet her and give her what we didn’t receive in the past.

Together we will:
- explore the life-cycle wheel of a women and the rites of passages that happen along the way, what a rites of passage is and why its important.
- share practices for you to connect with your menarche time and tell your story

The Celtic Wheel of the Year
An offering for women 🌓

Women's Embodiment Collective, Yoga Moves, Gort.
Thursday 12th & 19th, 6-7:30pm.
Cost: donation €12-15

I'm feeling all warm at the thought of returning to the wonderful , after guiding The Menarche Journey there last year in November.

I'll be offering two sessions on the Celtic Wheel of the Year. We will be exploring the archetypal energy of each of the 8 directions on the compass, both from a pan cultural perspective and an Irish indigenous perspective. I will be offering invitations and resources for the week between the two sessions, to support you to align with the specific opportunities & gifts of the Mid-Winter time.

The cycles of nature are core to every life form on Earth, including us. Each of the stages in the wheel of the year carries a particular energy essential for life to regenerate, and when we consciously move through these stages we can find our wholeness. The 8 directions are a compass home.

I will be offering some teachings at the beginning and then there will be time for sharing, personal reflection time, and an imaginal meditative journey.

You are welcome to come to either or both but ofcourse you will get the most out of it if you come to both.

Who is your inner wise woman and what is she holding for you?

Here is s photo of me with my inner wise women which we recently created with the mothers and daughters during Menarche Moon last weekend.

For me she is holding the reminder to make space for self connection, through which I can access the infinite wisdom of life. She is holding the gifts of seasonality in her hands, specifically the Summer and Autumn at this transitional time. She is also holding the sacred hoop of life...reminding me that everything is connected through energy, and I as everyone have access to this oneness.

May we all return to inner knowing, even when our world conditions us to look outside of ourselves to 'authority' ♥️
