Julie The Genie My name is Julie Potter, creator of ‘Julie The Genie. Think of me as your school's very own 'go-to' interior designer.

I specialise in the enhancing of school environments to maximise student and staff wellbeing and performance. Often stairwells are forgotten spaces. They get so much use every day that the potential for creating a strong inspirational message on them is huge! This one is no longer a bland overlooked space!

They have the most beautiful school uniform which is a variety of different colour check skirts and jumpers that they mix and match. Most unusual.

What was once a cluttered 'catch all' for tables, bags etc is now a great little indoor play area for the kids.

Kids love little hidey holes because small, enclosed spaces provide a sense of security, privacy, and comfort, helping them regulate emotions and escape sensory overload. These spaces empower them with control over their environment, fuel imaginative play, and help them explore spatial awareness.

Learning mathematics theorems by "osmosis"—or the unconscious assimilation of knowledge through repeated exposure—is a recognised strategy.

Every time a student takes the stairs the are exposed to theorms day in and day out. It's gotta help!

The new wellbeing space . A section of the library that is now a wellbeing space for staff and students. This library gets beautiful light so you can sit with the sunlight on your back while taking in this view.
