Sleep and Pain Validation Study
A robust independent validation study was completed to investigate if the O’Suan Sleep system exhibits a better sleep result for a range of participants. Participants were recruited, as per the methodology they were put through an assessment and subsequent pain and sleep assessment questionnaires for a three month period. REPORT
In terms of sleep, the participant
s are getting on average an extra hour of sleep per night with the participants with severe sleep issues getting more than 2 extra hours of sleep. This has resulted in all participants self-reporting of being more alert during the day and reporting having a very good sleep. In terms of pain the results are astounding after 1 month. 9 out of 10 participants moved their pain score from bad or severe pain into mild pain. The average reduction in pain score was greater than a 50% reduction in pain. Partners of the participants were also assessed, and the results show that their partners are also getting a better nights’ sleep and are not being disturbed. The full report will be completed soon and we will provide this information to on our social media platforms and our website (under construction) .
