Design'ish by Jenny Maskalchi Hello,
My name is Jenny Maskalchi and I am a certified swedish interior designer in central Israel. No project is too big or too small.

In 2019 I started Designish with two simple visions:
First to bring my Scandinavian style to my new home country but most importantly to transform unpersonal spaces to spaces that reflects personality, warmth and needs. We love our life here, The culture, sun, the sea, blue sky, PALMTREES and the people. New places to get inspired from, new materials, new designs, and new priorities are completely

mixed around! It is just amazing and I love the challenge of combining organization and order with the Israeli mentality. In my design I love to combine my interest in art, shapes, and functionality. I love to play with colours, lights, and texture to make your home stylish, worm and inviting – but always with a twist. Since I lived all my life in Sweden my design base is clean, light and practical - but to that I love to ad my special twist, inspired from my many travels around the world. Change the floors to something unexpected, a wall to something bold, mix and match rich fabric and patterns, and of course a colour schemes, this is what I like to do in my interior design. By doing so, I want to bring my clients a bit outside their comfort zone (that is, if they let me :). I believe my interest for Interior Design started when I was around 10-11 years old. I remember sitting in my girl room with the IKEA catalogue in one hand and my sketchbook in my other, replanning repeatedly and going through the budget (that I didn’t have money for, but it interested me). After studies in New York and starting to make money in marketing. I spent all my money on travelling, art, and interior design. This was my passion and interest and still is today. It does not have to be the most expensive that is the most beautiful. Finding things in the flea market or second hand online has often proved to be my best investment and treasure. I love to find an object with a unique shape that I can remake and integrate in my design. This way the design is unique and does not look like everything else. Knowing your needs, personality, and style I will be able to design a home where you can feel comfortable, and to where you can be proud to invite family and friends! I want to say what Coco-Chanel once said
“An Interior Design Is The Natural Projection Of Your Soul”
