" Book of Fate" Transformable Ring
The client wanted to fit three family symbols—a shield with a deer, a trident, and a seahorse—on a single ring. To avoid overcrowding the design, I came up with the idea of a rotating "book."
Books are one of my favorite symbols. As a child, I spent all my time reading; to me, every book was a doorway to a special world. This ring captures that feeling: the middle part turns on a vertical axis, revealing a different "chapter" of a family story with every flip.
It transforms a static piece into a dynamic archive, letting the wearer choose which part of their legacy to share with the world today. There’s a quiet magic in this motion—a tactile way to keep a family history alive and constantly unfolding.
