Refund and Cancellation:
- Payment once done is not refundable.
- All our products are made net to order as per your request, therefore, we do not cancel the order.
- In case the work on your order has not started, the same amount can be used in making other product. Payment terms
1. 50% - when order is booked
2. 25% - when product is complete and ready to dispatch

e 25% plus shipping - when delivery is done

Mode of Payment - GooglePay and Bank transfer

Processing Time of the order:
- Our normal processing days are from 10 to 15 days.
- We do consider urgent orders :)

Shipping:
- Shipping cost is always extra.
- Before shipping the products, we share the pictures with you and only then we ship the product
- We do not guarantee the time and days of shipping.
