Chicken with bones – 1 kg
• Spring onion, white and green parts – as required
• Green chillies – as required
• Garlic and ginger, chopped – ½ cup
• Cabbage – as required
• Capsicum – as required
• Other vegetables of your choice – optional
• Chilli flakes – 1 tablespoon
• Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
• Chicken stock cube – 1
• Oil – for sautéing
• Basmati rice – 3 cups
• Water – plenty, for cooking and straining the rice
• Eggs – 3, scrambled
• Salt – if required
• Pepper powder – as required
• Chilli sauce – optional
• Vinegar – optional
