Ingredients
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Prawn 300 gms
Coconut oil or sesame oil 2 tbsps

Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Water 1 -1.5 cups
Tamarind extract 1 cup ( small lemon size tamarind )
Handful of coriander leaves
