With a very less oil prepared protein rich cutlet
Brown chana and whole green moong dal cutlet.
Soak brown chana and whole moong dal for at least for 4 hours then grind coarsely by adding green chilli, ginger and salt according to taste.
In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, capsicum, chilli flakes and little black salt, fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.
Grease a plate pore the batter spread evenly and smooth it with a spatula and steam for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool it down. Cut it into round , square or as you want. It can be eaten as it is or with very less oil you can toast both sides and serve hot.
