Every dish we served at our supper club came with a story.

As Odias, we grow up knowing that food is never just food. There are stories behind why Dahi Bara Aloo Dum is an inseparable part of celebrations, why certain dishes find their way onto particular occasions, and how much of our culture lives around the table.

That’s what we got to share with everyone who joined us at 304: the food, the memories, and the cultural stories that make an Odia meal feel like home.

A supper club is a good excuse to be curious about food.

You come in, sit around a table, eat things you may not have tried before, and hear the stories behind what’s being served. There’s food, drinks, conversation, and usually a few questions along the way.

That’s what we’re trying to do with Rosei Ghara: make Odia food easier to discover, understand, and enjoy.

On 23 August, from 1 PM, we’re bringing our supper club to Three Zero Four.
