राज्य सभा में सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) छोड़कर बीजेपी में शामिल होने का एलान किया है.

शुक्रवार को संदीप पाठक और अशोक मित्तल के साथ प्रेस काफ्रेंस कर राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, "हमने तय किया है कि हम, राज्य सभा में आम आदमी पार्टी के दो तिहाई सदस्य संविधान के प्रावधानों के अनुसार बीजेपी में शामिल हो रहे हैं."

राघव चड्ढा ने कहा, "राज्यसभा में आम आदमी पार्टी के 10 सांसद हैं. इनमें से दो-तिहाई से ज़्यादा हमारे साथ हैं. उन्होंने हस्ताक्षर कर दिए हैं और आज सुबह हमने हस्ताक्षरित पत्र और दस्तावेज़ राज्य सभा के सभापति को सौंप दिए. इनमें से तीन यहां आपके सामने मौजूद हैं. हमारे अलावा हरभजन सिंह, राजिंदर गुप्ता, विक्रमजीत सिंह साहनी और स्वाति मालीवाल शामिल हैं."
