Sakthi's Sketches

Aug 2026 — A memory I’ll never forget.

Client from Nepal, gift for a friend in Bangalore.
He typed "Indian portrait sketch artist" on Google
and landed on my little page.

I made it in 7 days. Shipped it.
He said: "Thankyou mam🤝 special thanks for your hand work and dedication"

Today Nepal is going through so much pain after the flash floods.
I can’t celebrate without acknowledging that.

Praying for every family, every rescue team, every home.

I packed this A5 portrait with hands that didn’t know they were about to change forever.

This was my very first order to Assam
A place I’ve never been, a client I’ve never met, but a trust that traveled 3000+ km to find me.

I finished the last line of this sketch not knowing it would be my last commission for a while.
10 days later, my baby arrived at 36 weeks early!

So this drawing holds two stories now:
Yours, in the lines and memories.
And mine, in the quiet goodbye to "artist me" before "mom me" began.

To the client from Assam who believed in me — thank you.
For trusting an artist from the southern part of India with something so precious.
For making this chapter of my journey so beautiful.
