"ChatGPT: We’re Blasted, Our SEO Team Goes NUTS!"

The AI Revolution in B2B Marketing we experienced 1st hand in Dec 2024. Last month Dec 24, we experienced something that completely reshaped our perspective on how businesses find and select digital marketing agencies. Here's the story:

We received a WhatsApp Business inquiry from a niche organic fertilizer manufacturer. Assuming it was a Google My Business lead, we reached out. This entrepreneur had an almost-ready factory setup and was looking to launch a marketing campaign.

After an in-depth discussion to understand their needs, we followed our SOPs to draft a tailored media plan. As part of our process, we always ask inbound leads: “How did you find us?”
What we discovered left us stunned.

The client, Mohan, shared that instead of relying on Google Ads, SEO pages, or Google Maps references, he used ChatGPT to search for top digital marketing agencies in Delhi and Noida. ChatGPT provided a short, curated list, and our agency—AdMagneto Media—was among them. Impressed by our website, he decided to call us.

This experience was both humbling and eye-opening. It raised two profound questions:

2️⃣ How are even middle-aged entrepreneurs with little digital marketing knowledge adapting to AI tools for decision-making?
