Watercolour on canvas is a different experience — and it begins with understanding the surface.
With the PAN ART AQUA CANVAS PAD, start small, pre-wet the canvas with a light, even coat of clean water, and begin with a thin first wash. Keep your canvas at a low 10–15° tilt, build your colours gradually from light to dark, and preserve your light areas for the final darker tones. Avoid excess water drops to maintain control and prevent unwanted flow.
As you experiment, you’ll discover the unique advantage of painting on canvas — colours stay more vibrant than on paper. Start with small studies, explore the surface, develop your technique, and let every painting build your confidence for bigger works. PAN ART AQUA CANVAS PAD — Explore watercolour beyond paper.
