Always add granite on top of balcony or parapet walls with a 1–1.5 inch projection. A proper slope and drip groove help rainwater fall away from the wall, reducing stains, seepage, cracks, and long-term damage. 🌧️✅

Before buying ceiling lights, don’t just check the design — check the specifications too. 💡

CRI: 90+
PF: 0.9+
Surge Rating: 2.5–4kV
Housing: Aluminium preferred
Watts ≠ Lumens: Watts indicate power consumption, while lumens indicate brightness.

General lumen requirement per sq. ft.:

• Bedroom — 10–20 lm/sq ft
• Dining — 15–25 lm/sq ft
• Kitchen — 30–50 lm/sq ft
• Bathroom — 20–30 lm/sq ft
• Vanity / Mirror Area — 40–60 lm/sq ft
• Double Height Area — 20–30 lm/sq ft
• Study — 30–50 lm/sq ft
• Dressing — 30–40 lm/sq ft
• Wash Area — 25–40 lm/sq ft
• Store Room — 10–20 lm/sq ft

Example: A 100 sq ft bedroom may require approximately 1,000–2,000 lumens of total lighting.

Save this checklist before buying your ceiling lights. 💡

Looking at each and every one of you, I just want to say — thank you for being here and for being a part of this journey.

This journey was meaningful when it started, meaningful through every small step that brought us here, and it will remain just as meaningful wherever we go from here.

What began with simply sharing my work, ideas, experiences and everything I’ve learned along the way has grown into a community of 100,000 people who chose to stay, watch, learn, support and believe in what I do.

And that belief means more to me than the number itself.

There have been countless hours of creating, learning, experimenting, making mistakes and showing up again — and having you on the other side made every bit of it worthwhile.

100K is a milestone, but the real achievement is having your trust and belief in me.

Grateful for where we started.
Grateful for where we are.
And incredibly excited for everything we’re yet to build together.

To each and every one of you — thank you for being here. ❤️
