New Castle Party Sales, an authorised distributor of Tupperware India Pvt. Ltd, brand owners of Tupperware Brands sell a variety of kitchen and home storage products for the last 25 years. The firm sells food preparation, storage, and serving products as well as cookware under the Tupperware brand name. The products are sold through the direct-to-consumer channel on a weekly cycle via an independe

nt sales force outside of traditional retail store locations. The firm has an active sales force of 4700 women located all over Kolkata, Barrackpore, Lake Town, Bangur, Garia and adjoining suburban areas. Consultants place orders through the distributor to the company on Mondays, company delivers the products on Wednesdays and consultants pay and pickup their consignments by Saturdays. We are a direct selling company where we have women only workforce. They are independent workers who work on commission basis. It’s a weekly business where Tupperware India Pvt. Ltd gives weekly sales promotions and the salesforce collect orders accordingly from their customers. The order is then forwarded to us and we order the consolidated products from Tupperware. Tupperware supplies us the products and the salesforce comes and collects their ordered products from us. This is a weekly operating cycle. It’s a good earning source for all the home makers and we have salesforce who have been working with us for the last 25 years.
