📌 Terms & Conditions for Booking:-

1️⃣ Booking Confirmation

• All orders (retail, wholesale, customized or raw materials) will be confirmed only after advance payment.
• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

2️⃣ Payment Policy

• Minimum 50% advance payment required to confirm booking.(For Raw Materials 100rs advance payment for order confirmation,it will adjusted with final bill)
• Full payment must be cleared before dispatch.
• Payment methods accepted: UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payment.
COD not available ❌

3️⃣ Custom Orders

• Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
• Design changes are allowed only before production starts.
• Slight variation in color/design may occur as items are handmade.

4️⃣ Cancellation Policy

• Advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• If cancellation is approved, refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch time: 3–7 working days (custom orders may take longer).
• We are not responsible for courier delays.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6️⃣ Exchange & Return Policy

• No return on customised or wholesale orders.
• Exchanges allowed only for damaged items (unboxing video mandatory).
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7️⃣ Product Disclaimer

• Handmade items may have minor variations.
• Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.

8️⃣ Bulk / Wholesale Orders

• Special pricing for bulk orders.
• No cancellation once order is processed.
• Production time depends on quantity.

9️⃣ Agreement
