The Solace House:
Located in Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Pune, The Solace House is a 1,250 sq ft 3BHK apartment designed as a warm, cohesive family home. The interiors balance contemporary sophistication with everyday functionality, using a restrained palette of natural wood, soft neutrals, pastel laminates, mirrors and textured surfaces. The design evolved around a simple idea: to create a home that feels calm and inviting without relying on an excess of materials or ornamentation. A consistent vocabulary of warm timber, muted tones and softened geometry flows through the apartment, while carefully introduced colours give each room its own identity.

New Classic Interiors at Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Pune.

This luxurious 3BHK residence blends traditional aesthetics with modern technology and low-maintenance functionality. The design objective was to achieve a balance of warm aesthetics and contemporary sophistication. We have tried to create this balance with the use of a limited material, set of colours and use of certain curved forms.
Key design highlights include wardrobes designed from a rich combination of natural wood and pastel laminates, elegantly flowing false ceilings, and textured drapery fabrics. Giving each space a distinct personality, every bedroom is designed with a bold colour palette that infuses personal character while maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the home.

Renovation of house at Kothrud
We recently completed renovation of a 2BHK house in Mayur Colony, Kothrud.
The existing living room and terrace were combined to create a larger living and dining space. The slab beams are cleverly hidden in the false ceiling features. Vibrant wallpapers and paneling designs are used to enhance the space.

We were blessed to get a project of expansion of Shri Hanuman Mandir in the Swapnapurti Hall campus at Kothrud. This has turned out to be a very unique and dear project for us.

Office space for B2B Branding agency – Kothrud

We recently completed the interior design and ex*****on of an office for a marketing company at Gokhale Business Bay. The primary challenge for this project was completing the entire site work within 30 days, which we successfully achieved within the given timeline.

The layout includes two workspaces, two cubicles, an accounts room, and a boss’s cabin. The office opens into a waiting lobby at the entrance, which also incorporates locker spaces for employees. A compact pantry has been thoughtfully accommodated within the design.

The walls are highlighted with custom graphics that reflect the company’s motto and illustrate its working process, adding character and reinforcing the brand identity within the workspace.
