Chicken & Potato Croquettes Recipe by
Crispy Chicken Starter With Cheese & Veggies...
Perfect for Iftar, Dawat as a party starter..

-----INGREDIENTS -----
Boneless Shredded Chicken 300 gm
Boiled Grated potatoes 4 big
Add chopped veggies as you like With your favourite cheese with some spices..
Salt,
chopped onion, carrot, red bell pepper, coriander leaves,
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
garlic powder 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
chilly flakes 1 tsp
green chillies Chopped 1 tsp
one egg
cornflour 2-3 tbsp
grated Cheese

Mix all the ingredients well make shape of your choice
coat with maida ( all purpose flour)slurry made with water oregano, salt, chiliflakes
and then with bread crumbs..
Fry Croquettes till crispy golden..
Enjoy with Sauce, ketchup or chutney.
