Actually Basanti Pulao is a kind of sweet rice recipe. It is authentic bengali recipe. Basically Bengalis are prepare the recipe in puja purpose as a bhog . I cooked Gobindo Bhog rice with dry fruits clarified Ghee and sugar. Very delicious and tempting recipe.
