The process begins with carefully cleaning of shallots (Praan ) and garlic( Ruhan)—a step that alone takes hours. Only after this do we start hand-grinding on our traditional stone(Nyaim / Kanz Muhul).
Then we add good-quality spices, and once again, everything is slowly hand-ground.
This repeated hand-grinding ensures the spices never lose their powerful raw flavour or their natural oils.
It’s a long, time-consuming process but it’s the only way to deliver an authentic, hygienic, homemade taste that modern shortcuts simply can’t match.
Tradition takes time and we proudly give it that time 🤍
