Today, something unexpected stayed with us.

A service partner from Snabbit told we’ve been marked as a “top-rated customer.”

Not because of the volume of work. Not because of payments.

But because we treat them with respect.
Because we make their work a little easier.
Because we don’t approach every interaction with a “paisa vasool” mindset.

And honestly, that meant more than any service rating ever could.

It made us reflect—
When did basic decency become something worth highlighting?

The people who help us every day—whether at home, office or anywhere else—are not just “service providers.”

They are individuals showing up putting in effort, trying to do their job well.
A little patience.
A little understanding.
A little kindness.

It costs nothing—but clearly, it means everything.

If there’s one thing we are taking away from this, it’s this:

With over three decades of experience across architecture, interiors, and infrastructure—combined with global project exposure in structured delivery environments—my role has naturally evolved into that of a Project Facilitator and Trusted Advisor.
This role is not about replacing architects, PMCs, or contractors.
It is about bringing them together into a cohesive, aligned system.
As a Project Facilitator, the focus is on:
