“Impossible that becomes possible”

Out of my comfort zone in Indonesia I moved to Iceland to start a family was challenge, especially adapting to a new language and culture. My fear was am I able to do this? Can I defeat all the fears and worries? It all started with the culinary TV show that I always watch on my second maternity leave. From BBC food, Food Network, Travel channel and most of the TV shows that presented culinary program became my favorite.

Returning from maternity leave I had started a cooking job and was also placed in one of the bank branch. I work in a small kitchen and called it the "Small Kitchen Fun" zone, where all the work begins and is enjoyed by the staff. Critics and compliments become part of the development of my ideas to improve the taste and presentation.

In 2012 I had decided to take culinary program for my basic and graduated in May 2013. Fusion culinary is my choice and the idea is to use local produce that I can modify and formulate the various flavours from the basic ingredients to your dining table.

Finally, from the impossible becomes possible! Can I fight against my fear to survive and be a happy citizen in this beautiful Iceland?
