Pietre di Rapolano® are the Travertines, that since the times of the Etruscan, are quarried near Siena in Tuscany. Their chromatic characteristics are what make them unique and much different from any other travertine, but keeping untouched the technical characteristics of this type of stone, widely used in historical building of each age. ackground that varies from almost white to dark brown. The way we cut them and a careful selections allow us to get as much as 14 different from one another selections; varying in color, shading and veining and making them unique. Pietre di Rapolano® are suitable to be used both for indoor or outdoor, for flooring and wall covering, but also cut in special pieces to make them in to furnishing pieces in all the selections available: sinks, shower trays, bath tubs, fountains, fireplaces and any other piece to be chosen in our wide rang of products or to be custom made upon costumer requests. Pietre di Rapolano® cut in tiles can be finished in 9 different types of surface to suit the needs of the different space to be made.
