I was so inspired by a pizza I had at White Labs during a short stop-over trip to Asheville that I couldn’t stop thinking about it—it was one of those meals you just remember. 🍕✨
The star of the show was this creamy ricotta base that felt so simple but tasted incredible, and I knew I had to try recreating it at home.
With the help of a friend who made the most amazing sourdough crust (seriously, next level), I took on the toppings and brought it all together into this bianca broccolini pizza.
