Green Goddess Dip
1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and finely mashed
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup soft leaf herbs of your choice (parsley, cilantro, basil, dill and/or tarragon), finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
½ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely minced
2 tbsp olive oil, plus more if needed
½ tsp salt, or to taste
¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
In a Thatsa® Mini Bowl or Thatsa® Extra Mini Bowl, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
If needed, add 1-2 tsp olive oil to loosen and stir.
Drizzle top lightly with olive oil if desired. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
