来週4月19日（日）、平岸マルシェにて、私たちにとって初めての出店をすることになりました！ワクワクすると同時に、少しドキドキもしています。

またマルシェの一員として、たくさんの方とお話しできるのをとても楽しみにしています。

まだ私たちの家族ビジネスをご存じない方へ。私たちの目標はとてもシンプルです。ファッジを通して、あるいはちょっとした会話を通して、誰かを幸せにすることです。

ぜひお気軽にブースにお立ち寄りいただき、声をかけてください。

そしてファッジも試してみてくださいね！もしご購入いただけたら、それは北海道産の乳製品と沖縄の砂糖を使って、じっくり丁寧に作る「幸せ」を届けたいという、私たち家族の夢の応援にもつながります。

We’re excited (and a little nervous!) to announce that our very first market stall will be next Sunday, April 19th at the Hiragishi Market.

We’re really looking forward to being part of a market community again and chatting with everyone.

If you don’t know much about our family business yet, our goal is simple: to make people happy—whether that’s through our fudge or just a friendly conversation.

Please feel free to stop by our stall, say hello, and try some fudge!

And if you decide to take some home, you’ll be supporting our family dream: creating happiness through slow-cooked, delicious fudge made with local Hokkaido dairy and Okinawan sugar.

シークレットトローブリッチチョコレートファッジ ― は私たちの2つ目のクラシックフレーバーです。

何度も試作を重ね、材料、分量、加熱、冷却、そして練りの時間に至るまで細かく調整を行い、ついに私たちの理想のリッチチョコレートファッジが完成しました。

地元の食材を使用し、昔ながらの製法で丁寧に作っています。外はしっかり、中はとろけるようになめらかな食感が特徴です。深みのあるチョコレートの風味はチョコレート好きの方々に大変好評です。

4月より、皆さまにこの幸せな味をお届けできることを楽しみにしています。

After countless trials and careful adjustments to ingredients, quantities, cooking, cooling, and beating times, our perfect Rich Chocolate Fudge was born.

Made with local ingredients the slow, old-fashioned way, it features a firm outer layer and a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth centre. With its deep chocolate flavour, it has quickly become a favourite among chocolate lovers.
