After completing his B.Sc in Build Environment at University of Moratuwa, he worked under Vinod Jayasinghe where he gained experience in the field. After completing the M.Sc, he joine

d Arosh Gamage as an assistant architect. Subsequent to receiving Chartered status he re-joined Vinod Jayasinghe Architects until he started his own practice in 2010.
