The architecture tells a story of contrasts….
A stark white, monolithic upper volume acts as a canvas for dramatic shadows, accentuating the building’s clean lines. While the main structure follows rigid, right-angled geometry, the upper canopy dramatically terminates in a smooth, rounded corner. This curvilinear profile softens the building’s silhouette against the sky.
يشكل الجزء العلوي الأبيض الناصع والمتجانس خلفيةً مثاليةً للظلال الدرامية، مُبرزًا الخطوط النظيفة للمبنى. وبينما يتبع الهيكل الرئيسي هندسةً صارمةً بزوايا قائمة، تنتهي المظلة العلوية بشكلٍ أنيقٍ بزوايا ناعمة مستديرة. يُضفي هذا التصميم المنحني لمسةً ناعمةً على شكل المبنى
Large, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors openings framed by thick marble surrounds, adding a layer of depth and luxury to the thresholds. Below, warm wood tones under the eaves introduces a natural texture that contrasts beautifully with the stark white walls and provides a sense of warmth to the outdoor living area.

The selection of deep teal, large-format mosaic tiles for the pool in was a deliberate architectural choice designed to evoke the organic serenity of a natural body of water. Unlike the stark, artificial bright blues common in traditional pool design, these rich emerald and aquamarine tones mimic the depth and mystery of a secluded pond or natural spring.
كان اختيار بلاط الفسيفساء كبير الحجم ذي اللون الأزرق المخضر الداكن (التيل) للمسبح قراراً معمارياً مدروساً، يهدف إلى استحضار السكينة الطبيعية التي تتسم بها المسطحات المائية في البيئة الطبيعية. وعلى النقيض من درجات الأزرق الساطع المصطنعة والحادة الشائعة في تصاميم المسابح التقليدية، فإن هذه الدرجات اللونية الغنية -التي تمزج بين الزمردي والأكوامارين- تحاكي العمق والغموض اللذين يميزان بركة منعزلة أو نبعاً طبيعياً.
