🥔 6 POTATO MEALS THAT NEVER FAIL 😍🔥
1️⃣ Loaded Potato Wedges with Cheese
Ingredients:
800 g potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
150 g shredded cheese
80 g cooked bacon bits or chopped ham
Sour cream or mayonnaise to taste
Chopped green onions
Instructions:
Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Add the cheese and bacon on top, bake for 5 more minutes, then finish with sour cream and green onions.
2️⃣ Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Golden Chicken
Ingredients:
900 g potatoes
500 g chicken breast
60 g butter
120 ml milk or cream
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash them with butter, milk or cream, garlic, salt, and pepper. Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden and juicy. Serve the chicken over the mashed potatoes and finish with parsley.
3️⃣ Creamy Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
900 g potatoes, thinly sliced
250 ml heavy cream
150 g mozzarella cheese
100 g cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
30 g butter
Instructions:
Grease a baking dish with butter. Layer the sliced potatoes in the dish. Mix the cream with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour over the potatoes and cover with the cheeses. Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 45–55 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and cheesy.
4️⃣ Breakfast Potatoes with Eggs and Sausage
Ingredients:
700 g potatoes, diced
200 g sausage, ham, or chorizo
4 eggs
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil the diced potatoes for 6–8 minutes, then drain. Brown them in a skillet with oil. Add the sausage, onion, bell peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until everything is golden and flavorful. Prepare the eggs separately, fried or scrambled, and serve them on top of the potatoes.
5️⃣ Garlic Butter Parmesan Baby Potatoes
Ingredients:
800 g baby potatoes
50 g melted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
60 g parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cut the baby potatoes in half and mix them with butter, oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place them on a baking tray and bake at 220°C / 425°F for 30–35 minutes. Add parmesan during the last few minutes so it gets golden. Finish with fresh parsley.
6️⃣ Stuffed Potatoes with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
400 g ground beef
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
150 g shredded cheese
Mayonnaise, sour cream, or pink sauce to taste
Tomato, lettuce, or green onions for topping
Instructions:
Bake the potatoes at 200°C / 400°F for 50–60 minutes, or until tender. Cook the ground beef with oil, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Open the potatoes, lightly mash the center, and fill with the beef. Add cheese and bake for 5–8 minutes, until melted. Finish with sauce and fresh toppings.
