🏠 REAL PROJECT #1 — APARTMENT INTERIOR | PART 2

After the initial design in Part 1, the project went through several revisions, adjustments, and redesigns based on the client’s requirements.

In Part 2, I’ll show you how the design developed through those changes and how we finally reached the AutoCAD layout plan that the client confirmed before moving on to 3D modeling.

This stage was important because the approved layout became the foundation for the next step of the project.

✨ Part 3 will continue with the 3D interior design — including the design concept, color selection, materials, and how I developed the final 3D design.

🏛️ How I Used Color Theory to Design a Nepali Temple 🇳🇵✨

This is one of my old architectural projects — a Nepali cultural temple that I had the opportunity to work on.

But choosing the colors wasn’t simply about making the building look beautiful. 🎨

I wanted the exterior colors to feel connected to Nepali culture, traditional architecture, and the spiritual atmosphere of a temple.

So, step by step, I:
✨ Studied traditional Nepali temple architecture
🎨 Researched color combinations and basic color theory
🏛️ Looked at traditional Buddhist and Himalayan temples for inspiration
🧩 Selected colors that could work together harmoniously
🖌️ Applied the color concept to the architectural exterior
🔍 Adjusted the tones and details to create a balanced final look

For me, architectural design is not only about how a building looks — it is also about culture, meaning, emotion, and identity. ❤️

This project taught me how powerful color can be when it is connected to the story behind a building.

🏡 A Peaceful One-Story House Design | Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar 🇲🇲

Sharing one of my real residential design projects created with SketchUp 3D modeling.

This project is located in Pyin Oo Lwin (Anisakan), Myanmar, for a client from Yangon. In this design, I focused on creating a comfortable and peaceful home with a welcoming entrance, relaxing sitting area, landscape planning, and a connection with nature.

Beyond being a project, this design also represents my personal dream — a simple and beautiful home where I hope to live one day when I retire. 🌿

✨ New Interior Design Project | Fashion Shop in Mandalay ✨

I’m excited to share one of my current interior design projects for a fashion shop in Mandalay.

For this project, the shop already had an existing main entrance and ceiling design. My role was to develop a new interior concept based on the client’s requirements while creating a space that feels modern, functional, and visually connected.

In this video, I’ll share my design process step by step — from understanding the client’s vision, creating the concept, developing design ideas, and transforming them into a complete interior design.
