I almost stepped on my dog by accident, and somehow ended up creating a new piece 🙂
It started with a small crocheted heart,
something I made simply to become a little necklace for it 🤍
But it moves so quietly…
so quietly that I nearly stepped on it more than once 🥲
So I added a tiny bell 🔔
and its initial, “D”, as a quiet way to always know where it is.
Before this, I had been making pieces for other people’s pets,
until one day I paused and thought:
“What about mine?”
That was the first time I created a miniature version of my own dog 🐾
Without overthinking it, I hung them together—
and somehow, in that moment, it just made sense.
Soft, simple, and unexpectedly perfect.
And just like that,
this piece came to life 🌿
