🧄 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

**Seafood Mix:**

* 5–6 prawns (peeled & cleaned)
* 5–6 squid rings
* A few mussels or clams (optional)
* Salt & pepper

**Garlic Butter Sauce:**

* 5 tbsp butter
* 7 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

**Rice:**

* 1 cup cooked rice
* 1 tsp butter

🔥How to Cook (Step-by-Step)

1. **Prep Seafood**
Season prawns, squid, and mussels with salt & pepper.

2. **Golden Garlic Butter**
Heat pan → melt butter → sauté garlic until golden and crispy.

3. **Cook Seafood**
Add prawns first (cook until pink).
Add squid (cooks very fast, 1 minute).
Add mussels/clams.
Stir to coat everything in garlic butter.

4. **Add Flavour**
Add soy sauce + lemon juice.
Add chili flakes if you want spicy.

5. **Prepare Rice**
Mix cooked rice with 1 tsp butter.

🍣 GOLDEN GARLIC BUTTER SALMON RICE

🧄 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
For Salmon:
1 salmon fillet (150–200g)
4 tbsp butter
6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Parsley (optional)
For Rice:
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp butter (optional)

🔥 How to Cook (Step-by-Step)

Season Salmon Sprinkle salmon with salt & pepper.
Make Garlic Butter Heat pan → melt 4 tbsp butter → add chopped garlic → sauté until golden.
Cook Salmon Place salmon skin-side down. Sear 3–4 minutes each side until golden and slightly crispy.
Add Flavour Add soy sauce + lemon juice. Spoon the garlic butter sauce on the salmon to coat it well.
Prepare Rice Mix cooked rice with 1 tsp butter to make it aromatic.
Serve Plate rice → place salmon on top → drizzle garlic butter → add parsley + lemon.

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

* 120g spaghetti
* 2 eggs
* 3 tbsp grated parmesan (or any hard cheese)
* 2 tbsp cooking cream (optional for extra creaminess)
* 1 tbsp butter
* 1 clove garlic (crushed, optional)
* 80g chicken breast or turkey slices or beef bacon (no pork)
* Salt & black pepper
* A little pasta water

**Cooking Method**

1. Boil pastain salted water (7–8 minutes).
2. Prepare sauce: Mix eggs + cheese + pepper + (optional) cream in a bowl.
3.Cook the meat:
Heat butter, add chicken/beef bacon, sauté 2–3 minutes.Remove garlic if using.
4.Combine:
Add cooked pasta directly into the pan.
* Turn OFF the heat.
* Pour the egg-cheese mixture and mix fast until creamy.
* Add a spoon of pasta water if too thick.
5. Serve with extra cheese & pepper.

Ingredients (1–2 servings)**

* 8–10 medium shrimp, cleaned
* 120g pasta
* 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup cooking cream
* 1/4 cup pasta water
* 1 tsp paprika (optional)
* Salt & black pepper
* 1 tsp Italian herbs
* 2 tbsp parmesan (optional)
* Parsley for garnish

**Steps**

1. Boil pasta (6–8 min)

Save 1/4 cup pasta water.

2. Cook shrimp (1–2 min)

* Add butter/oil to pan.
* Add shrimp, salt, pepper, paprika.
* Cook until pink on both sides.

3. Make creamy sauce (2 min)

* Add garlic → sauté 15 seconds.
