以前是阿某姨的父亲-林猪仔在卖
阿某姨师承她父亲的recipes再优化做法
古早味的五香卤肉就是这种味道✨

小时候去看歌台一定会有的三件套
✨五香卤肉|蚝干粥|四果汤✨
卤肉|炸虾饼|炸豆干|台湾香肠
有些会加入猪头皮|皮蛋|腌萝卜等

别忘了灵魂蘸料🔥
五香卤汁|特调辣椒酱
没有它们香味少一半🫢

Auntie Boh learned the original recipe from her late father and added a little of her own touch.
This is exactly how traditional, old-school five-spice meat roll meant to taste ✨

When we were kids, going to the getai (Chinese opera shows) always came with the classic trio:

🇲🇾|甘香炒鸡肉🔸Kam Heong Style Fried Chicken

甘香万年不败的味道
甘香料无论炒苏东、花蟹、虾,蛤蜊
又或者鸡肉都巨好吃😋
爆香虾米、咖喱叶、黄姜粉咖喱粉等
加入炸到微焦的鸡肉
翻炒均匀至甘香料裹满鸡肉🔥
浓郁鲜香咸香的酱汁
真的让人欲罢不能🫣

Kam Heong paste works amazingly well with squid, flower crabs, prawns, clams—
and even chicken 😋

Dried shrimp, curry leaves, turmeric powder, curry powder and more are sautéed until fragrant,
then added to lightly fried chicken with crispy edges.
Stir-fry until the Kam Heong spices fully coat every piece of chicken.🔥

That rich, savory, aromatic sauce…
