Nak habiskan greek yoghurt dalam fridge dan jumpa resipi ni❤️ just buat half recipe dan loyang 7 inch..gula just letak 80gm and yes it’s perfecto 👌🏻😉

Dinner 🥘

Lov this Claypot Chicken Rice or nasi kicap😅 Ideal for everyday cooking, one-pot recipe❤️

Tips
1. Use Basmathi Rice
2. Chicken potong saiz kecil
3. Lepas step 4.. keluarkan ayam dan airfryer 10min/180c (estimate)
4. Lepas masuk rice step 6.. tunggu sehingga blade stop putar.. then only add chicken through mixing bowl lid
5. Let the rice continue cook

Lama nau tak buat pau.. dan kali ni buat inti kari ayam❤️

Use this recipi and yes my pau gebus🥰

I use tepung pau ‘bluekey’ 250gm.. coz x da wholemeal flour😅

Lepas 2mins uli..divide doh into 10 pieces ikut Cookidoo .. bulatkan.. rest for 10min.. then letak inti.. rest again 20min.. size should be double by this time

Make sure didihkan air sampai reach varoma (8min) then only steam pau 15min👌🏻

Bila tetiba teringin nak makan.. buka ja resipi LAKSAM ni😁 kuah pun ikut ja resipi ni cuma tumiskan rempah ikan dan cili boh dulu.. baru ikut step masukkan ikan.. buat cuma 1/2 resipi 😉 selamat mencuba ❤️

Malam ni decide nak gi KOREA🇰🇷 la☺️

Kita try KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN 🍗 ramai Advisors da buat dan review kata sedapppp.. rating Cookidoo pun 4.9👌🏻

Ahaha.. betul lah tu sedap.. anak anak pun pulun makan dan En Suami kata ‘eh nanti buat lagi ya ayam ni😉’

Haaa kalau taktau nak masak apa tu tengok ja platform Cookidoo.. macam macam boleh terai🥰 mudah sangat buat dengan Thermomix💚 hasilnya pun sedap 👌🏻

Ingredients

Chicken 🐓

2 tsp ginger garlic paste
70 g plain flour
20 g cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1000 g chicken wings

Sauce🫕

5 garlic cloves
10 g ginger
50 g light brown sugar
30 g vinegar
60 g honey
50 g Korean chilli paste (gochujang)
30 g tomato ketchup
15 g dark soy sauce
15 g sesame oil

Preparation

Chicken

🍗Merinate chicken with all ingredients. Cover with cling film and place in fridge for at least 30 min or overnight

Sauce🫕

🔥Place garlic and ginger in mixing bowl then chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula then chop again 3 sec/speed 5.
🔥Add other ingredients, mix 10 sec/speed 3 then heat 10 min/100°C/speed 1. Transfer to a large bowl and keep warm.
🔥Preheat the oil and deep fry chicken

🌸Tips for crunchy chicken: dip the merinate chicken in a cold water and roll it with flour again (I use Spicy Mexican BBQ or Bestari)

🔥Transfer chicken to bowl with sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions then serve hot.
