This piece tells me a lot about life.
It connects beautifully with the journey of life. The branching base reflects the many paths we take, some straight, some unexpected, some crossing one another. Yet every branch ultimately comes together to support one whole form.
There is something powerful in its imperfection too. The branches are irregular, yet that very irregularity gives the piece its character, beauty and strength.
Life rarely grows in a straight line. We branch out, bend, cross paths and change direction. Some journeys may not make sense while we are walking through them, but in time, we begin to see how each one has shaped and strengthened us.
Perhaps that is the beauty of life. Not every path needs to be straight to lead us where we are meant to be.
