Peace is not holding.

This week has reminded us how fragile safety remains — globally and at home.

In Gaza, violence has resumed where ceasefires were meant to pause it.

In Ukraine, bombings continue as civilians live through yet another winter of war.

In Minnesota, a recent fatal shooting involving U.S. immigration officials has left a community grieving and searching for accountability.

Peace can feel distant.
Conditional.
Unfinished.

But hope is not fragile.

It is bold.
Solid.
Lived — in how we show up for one another when the world feels anything but steady.

January is full of promises.

For women living through war and displacement, life rarely offers clean beginnings. Plans change overnight. Stability is fragile. The future is uncertain.

In Ukraine, women crochet our Welcome Mat — stitch by stitch — creating income and rhythm while sirens still interrupt daily life.

What remains constant is the need for dignity:
to work,
to create,
to belong.

This year, we’re choosing something quieter than resolutions.

We’re choosing presence.
We’re choosing welcome.

Swipe right to see this more than beautiful welcome mat 🇺🇦➡️

Every Love Welcomes purchase does something more.

It supports women living through war and displacement — not just to survive, but to be seen.
To heal through creation when words fall short.
To keep their hands busy, their minds grounded, and their sense of purpose intact.

This year, women we work with — including women in Lebanon — took part in trauma-support training with , learning how to support one another while navigating displacement and grief together.

Healing is not linear.
Rebuilding requires space to process what has been lived — and courage to imagine what comes next.

As we move toward 2026, we hold hope for a year of rebuilding — after years of war, occupation, and loss.

Thank you for walking with us. 🤍

Your purchases did more than provide a living wage.

Because we work closely with the women in our communities, profits don’t just stay in theory — they return where they’re needed most, in real time.

This year, your support helped:
• Provide emergency food aid to a community member in Gaza during a critical moment — enabling her, when safe, to support others around her
• Fund cots, battery packs, and lights in bomb shelters in Ukraine — protecting women during raids and helping them stay connected through winter blackouts
• Support community building and trauma-informed care for our team in the West Bank, living daily under occupation

This is what proximity allows.
Not distant aid — but responsive care, shaped by the women themselves.

Thank you for standing with them when it mattered most. 🤍

2025 was a year of voices — stitched, shaped, printed, and worn.
✨ Swipe through to see the favorite pieces that made an impact in your lives — and in theirs.

Across the world, displaced and marginalized women used their hands to tell stories that words often cannot.

In the West Bank, women shaped clay into ceramics extending an olive branch for peace, sharing resilience and hope under occupation.
In Lebanon, embroidery gave voice to what home and peace mean to refugee women — each stitch a memory, each piece a testament to survival.
In Ukraine, women knitted blankets and scarves to warm others, while profits returned as light and connection during the darkest moments of war.
In Thailand, BRAVE became one of our most loved pieces, supporting women rebuilding their lives after human trafficking.
In India, women made a statement for sustainability — upcycling saris that would otherwise go to waste into beautiful accessories, while earning a living income, not typical garment-industry wages.
In Fiji, women hand-printed summer accessories with eco-friendly dyes, creating income where climate change has taken livelihoods away.

This work is built slowly, carefully, and together — through creativity, dignity, and community.

If you’re new here, welcome.
If you’ve been walking with us, thank you.
And if this story resonates, we invite you to join our journey —
by sharing, supporting through your purchases, and standing alongside women rebuilding their lives through craft.
