Simple meals never disappoint ❤️

This rich pot of beans was cooked with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, crayfish, ram meat stock, palm oil, and finished with chopped onions for extra flavor.

Better late than never 😅 Here's the crispy fried ram meat I prepared for a client during the Salah celebrations.

I seasoned my ram meat with onions, bay leaves, thyme, ginger powder, garlic powder, curry powder, beef and chicken seasoning, then allowed it to cook until soft and tender.

After cooking, I fried it until golden, dry, and crispy, just the way my client requested. The aroma alone was enough to make everyone hungry.
