Plaster of paris (POP)or Gympsum board ceiling....

Thinking about installing any of the above ceiling materials in your home, office etc.. There are few safety and precautionary measures to take not of ...

(1) Ensure that the integrity of the roofing, that's the water retaining/draining capacity has been certified.. there shouldn't be any atom of leakage, spillage or similar issues..

(2) Ensure that all mechanical, electrical pipping and wiring or whatever have been concluded so as to avoid cutting and patching of the ceiling and unnecessary cost of maintenance..

(3) Most importantly, ensure that you employ the services of experienced installers not those"I can do it cheaper installers"

(4) Above all, ensure that there is a periodic check on the ceiling after installation especially during the rainy seasons so as to notice any moisture presence on time...

However, plaster of paris(POP) is good....... BUT Gympsum board is better...more water friendly...more durable.. and no history/ record of a COLLAPSE...
