THE LACK OF HYGIENIC

Practices around Edibles is becoming quite annoying.

I just finished making a post on that, and just this afternoon, I saw this young man with a cake step into the establishment I went to get something done.

Color me shocked when this young man applied normal book paper to the decorated cake he was with🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Normal paper on food that someone will eat?

I mean why, why na😫

For God's sake Cakes have special Papers for their decorations.

These papers are called Edible Papers, Rice Papers, etc and could be used for printing on cakes,

Or to cover the surface of cakes, before placing a non edible/normal paper around it.

To even add pepper to injury😭😭😭

This young man before my very eyes used Super glue to attach the paper to the cake.

And children will surely eat the Fondant on that cake oo😭😭😭.

Super glue for Chrissake😫😫😭.

What happened to Edible glue?

Edible glue can be prepared from the comfort of your own shop or cake studio with just 3-ingredients of which one is water,

Ordinary water oo😭.

Is it that bakers don't know all these things or they did not go for proper baking classes?

Or what is actually their problem?

Just 3-ingredients and zero naira is what it costs to make an Edible glue.

What level of ignorance, unhygienic practices and wickedness amongst bakers is this?🥹🥹

HOW NEAT IS YOUR BAKER?

Before the King's Kitchen,

There was a teacher I wanted to submit myself to learn and work for.

But I quit on my first day, due to the zero practice of hygiene.

I don't want to describe my experience.

It is so irritating to think someone eventually ate something from such a baker😪.
