How to prepare a simple okro soup.

Ingredients ;
Red oil
habanero pepper
Shombo
Onions
Dry prawns
Protein - goat meat, cow meat
Fresh prawns, shrimp, periwinkle
Uziza leave
Ugu leaves
Okro

Preparation;

Wash your vegetables properly and cut them,

wash your your meat properly and boil them,

grind your pepper, Onions, dry prawns/crayfish and get everything ready before you start cooking.

Let's cook;
I started with putting my red oil in the pot, put on my burner and started cooking. I added my grinded pepper, Onions and allowed it to boil for 5 minutes, l went ahead to add my washed fresh prawns, shrimp and allowed it to boil for 5 minutes, then, l added my salt, seasoning cubes and went ahead to add my boiled meat, periwinkle, Uziza leave and allowed it to boil for 3 minutes, Finally added my Ugu leaves and okro and allowed it to cook for 2 minutes and my food is ready.
