Chocolate lovers… this one is for you 🍫☕ (Recipe in the previous reel)
This is my double chocolate espresso sourdough loaf — rich cocoa in the dough, loaded with chocolate chips, and a hint of espresso to deepen that chocolate flavor even more.
The smell while this was baking in the oven was absolutely incredible. Warm chocolate, a touch of coffee, and that deep sourdough aroma filling the whole kitchen.
I love how sourdough can be so versatile. One day it’s a classic crusty loaf, and the next day it turns into something indulgent like this. Slightly sweet, deeply chocolatey, with that subtle sourdough tang in the background.
Perfect with a cup of coffee… or honestly just by itself while it’s still slightly warm.
