While the old building boasted charming plaster moldings and mahogany door frames, the mismatched furniture proportions and floor colour completely overwhelmed these details. This wasn't just an aesthetic issue; it was a loss of asset.

We dismantled the original chaotic visual logic.

The moment the herringbone flooring was installed, the entire space's framework instantly came together. Everything became harmonious, tranquil, and elegant.

Previously, people entered seeing "trouble"; now they see "a dream."
This shift in expectations is the added value we audited.
