Hey everyone 😍

Good news — my delicious and moist 6″ fruitcakes (gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, and soy-free) are now available at in Hawera! These are limited in stock, so hop in quick to grab yours. While you’re there, you’ll also find my Caramel Fudge and Buttermilk Rusks.

Just a heads-up: I’m taking a little break until next year to recharge, but I’ll be back and baking more yummy treats in 2026 🌹. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas holiday filled with love, laughter, and delicious moments with friends and family!

Just whipped up my very first creation—passionfruit ice cream over waffles, drizzled in sugar-free maple syrup, and topped with juicy chopped strawberries! 🍓✨ AND it’s sugar-free, low-carb, dairy-free, and gluten-free! Allergy-friendly dessert just reached next-level status. Who else lives for waffles and ice cream? ❣️😁

7" 3L Gluten and Dairy free Classic chocolate Cake iced with Swiss meringue buttercream, decorated with some fondant decor. His mom supplied me with the rest of the decor 😍 the 'sand' was gf and df biscuits that I made and crushed
