What a weekend 👌🎉
Well that was a blast and a success unfortunately I didn't get any photos from day one but none the less our first riftbound meet was a banger , massive thanks to all the players that showed and all our new players taking interest in our learn to play , hope to see yas at future nexus nights and gatherings , there was plenty of Kai to go around thanks to Zarly and her crew for the catering everyone enjoyed the Kai 🙏
Shout out to the stall holders for coming those who could make It and regards to those who couldn't due to sickness , I hope everyone had a good weekend , special thanks to Sarah from lil bit of light and Inglewood club for providing the opportunity to bring this all together , going forward for Liam gratis, helping build self sustainable community's were off to a great start what a year Jah Bless Whanau heaps more to come summers around the corner 👀

Last but not least happy father's day to all the dads who made it on Father's Day good to see yas and bring ya familys out .

Kia ora Whānau! 👋

We're excited to be hosting a Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card Game – Learn 2 Play weekend on September 5th & 6th at the Inglewood Club, Matai Street, Inglewood. 🎴🔥

Whether you've never played before, you're keen to learn, or you've already started building your own deck, come along and join us. Everyone is welcome!

What to expect

- 🎮 Learn to play with Zavier Saunders, New Plymouth's current Riftbound Champion.
- 🤝 Casual games, deck building, tips and coaching.
- 🃏 Meet other local players and help grow the Taranaki Riftbound community.
- 🎁 Prizes, cards, merch and plenty more across the weekend.

This event is all about bringing people together, introducing new players to the game, and building a fun, welcoming community around Riftbound.

Unfortunately I won’t be attending the markets this weekend.

Due to the amazing support from everyone, my stock was nearly emptied out 😅 and I just couldn’t remake enough in such a short time. I also had to replace the first prize for our fundraiser after it was damaged, which has taken a bit of extra time. The good news is that it’s now nearly completed and stock is being restocked as well.

To be honest, I’m absolutely buggered, so I’m taking today to recharge 🙏

The exciting part is that we’ve officially reached our first Pay It Forward milestone! 🎉

$250 raised
2 community signs purchased and donated / being donated

A brand new sign is currently being made for the Spiritual Wellness Market, and I’ll post progress updates later this week once it’s finished.

I just want to say a massive thank you to every single person who bought something, shared a post, or donated to the fund. This is only the beginning, and I’m genuinely excited about what we can do together for our communities ❤️

Today marks another step forward.
Thanks to the support of our community, our Pay It Forward Fund now sits at $160! 🙌
This fund exists to help make a difference right here in our community. Whether it's supporting someone doing it tough, helping a local cause, or assisting with opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach, every dollar raised has a purpose.
This isn't just about donations.
A portion of selected product sales from Liam Gratis Custom Studio goes directly into the fund, meaning every purchase helps us give back. We also run the occasional fundraiser and raffle to help grow it even further.
