What a lovely catch up this morning with Milly, who ordered these paleo treats for her hubby, Taf. As many of you have discovered, when you get me talking about food, you might as well pull up a chair 😂 It’s always a pleasure to talk to other foodies who share a similar passion for food being a healer for us all ❤️ The paleo food is all high protein, gf, df and refined sugar free and packed to the brim with nourishing ingredients like chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, walnuts, almonds, peanuts and hazelnuts. So the sweetener is either honey, dates or coconut sugar and I use gf and df chocolate so you don’t have to miss out on your healthy treats. Hope Taf enjoys his Fathers Day treats Milly 🥰
